Tony Madden is highly skilled in Business Development and has worked within various sectors both B2B and B2C. Self motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate at all levels. Tony started in the industry through a formal engineering apprenticeship in building services, before progressing through the ranks of management - reaching director level for several national/international Plc organisations. Educated to degree level in both engineering and business he has a strong commercial background with a proven track record of success.

Gavin Fahy started in the industry through a joinery apprenticeship progressing on to contract/site management positions for several national construction/building companies. Gavin has extensive training in all aspects of the construction industry and has particular strong knowledge of site management / health & safety / estimation. He has a firm understanding of the need to bring projects in on time and within budget. Gavin has also personally carried out property developments and was latterly Construction manager for Rivergreen developments plc on the much acclaimed, award winning Jesmond Dene Hotel project (Newcastle Upon Tyne) which had a development value of £7m.
